Make tape removal the easy part. SPORTTAPE Tape Off Spray is a fast-acting adhesive remover designed to break down glue on sports tape, kinesiology tape, bandages, dressings, plasters and patches. A few sprays create a liquid layer between the skin and adhesive, so tape peels away with far less pain and drama – ideal for hairy areas, sensitive skin and regular tapers.

How to use

1. Shake the can well before use.
2. Spray around the edges of the tape, dressing or patch, allowing the mist to creep underneath.
3. Wait around 10–20 seconds for the liquid to soak into the adhesive.
4. Gently peel the tape back in the direction of hair growth, adding more spray as needed.
5. Once removed, lightly spray again and wipe to clear any remaining residue from the skin.
